摘　　要：由于可资利用的资源和所受的结构限制的不同,社会主义政治建设形成了以政权建设、制度建设和责任建设为中心任务的不同时期,也相应地选取了一体化、市场化和社会化的政治建设战略。一体化战略的落实规定了大众动员、单位化、组织化和整风的策略组合;市场化战略的推行规定了分权、法治化、政治吸纳与安抚和地方化实践的策略组合;而社会化战略的实践则规定了公共精神的培养、社会组织的培育、政治信任的构建、政府改革和公民参与深化的策略组合。政治建设战略的变迁反映了政治建设的发展逻辑,这就是社会主义政治建设经历了一个政治建设的领域从中心到内核、可资利用的资源从单一到复合、落实战略的策略从分立到耦合的演化过程。Due to the availability of resources and the structure of different constraints,the socialist political construction formed different periods with the regime construction,system construction and responsibility construction as the central task,which are corresponding to the selected political construction strategies as integration,marketization and socialization.The integration strategy provides a mass mobilization,unit,organization and rectification tactics to implement;the marketization strategy requires the tactical combination of legalization,decentralization,absorption,appeasement and localization;and the socialization strategy needs the construction of public spirit and social organization,political trust,citizen participation and government reform.The changes of political construction strategy reflect the political development logic,that the socialist political construction has experienced an evolution process： the political construction field has moved from the center to the kernel,available resources from the single to the composite,and the strategy implement from the independent to the integrated.
