摘　　要：通过实例阐述电机生产中使用各种合理的工艺,以铝线替代铜线来制作电机的定子绕组,使铝线电机的性能既可靠又安全。Various kind of reasonable processing tech- nology of the motor manufacture were studied through the practical examples. Applying the aluminum wire to replace the copper wire to make the stator windings of the motor was introduced, bringing up the motor made by aluminum wire windings with perfect performance and reliable sicurity.
