摘　　要：出厂试验时发现因高次谐波、齿谐波幅值偏大而造成发电机电磁噪音超标,从电机结构、定子和转子冲片出发,逐一分析能引起电磁噪音超标的关联尺寸,并对转子结构进行改造,解决电磁噪音超标问题。When conducting final acceptable test, it was found that the extreme electromagnetic noise existed because of the large quantity of ultra harmonics and great value of the slot ripples. Such constructive pasts as punched sheets of the stator and rotor were analyzed respectively, especially, the dimension of which might cause the electro- magnetic noise failure. Meanwhile, the rotor structure was innovated, so as to solve the extreme electromagnetic noise problem.
