锂瓷石在陶板生产中的应用研究

摘　　要：研究了低温锂瓷石在陶板生产过程中对陶板性能的影响,通过单因素法对配方组成和烧成制度的实验研究表明:锂瓷石掺入量在28%左右,烧成温度为1090℃,保温时间为30min左右时,坯体的强度最高。In this paper, effects of low temperature lithium china stone on the properties of ceramic plate are studied. The suitable formulation composition and firing schedule are determined in test by single-factor analysis method. The test shows that the body has highest strength, when the raw materials contains about 28% of lithium china stone, the firing temperature is at 1090℃, and soaking time is 30 minutes.
