摘 要:本文研究了立方英寸系列继电器耐高压设计技术。针对陶瓷绝缘子和玻璃绝缘子的材料和结构耐压特性进行了试验和比较分析。基于玻璃和陶瓷两种绝缘子的工艺特点、研究了两种绝缘子的耐压结构设计差异。通过电场仿真和试验分析对比,结果表明利用陶瓷绝缘子的工艺和结构设计特点可以有效增加爬电距离,大幅提高立方英寸继电器的耐压水平。A theoretically and numerically investigation of resistance to high-voltage design of electromagnetic relay which is Cubic inches is preformed. Experimented and comparative analysis of materials and structures withstand voltage characteristics of ceramic insulators and glass insulators are realized. Based on the process characteristics of glass insulators and ceramics insulators, Voltage-resistant structural design differences of two insulators are studied. Contrast through the electric field simulation and experimental analysis, The results show that the use of the technology of ceramic design features can increase the creepage distance, A substantial increase of dielectric withstanding voltage of cubic inches relay is obtained.
