摘 要:本文以我国省级地区2000-2007年的高技术产品进口数据为样本,分析了知识产权保护对我国高技术产品进口贸易的影响。实证结果显示,总体上,知识产权保护对我国高技术产品进口的影响以市场扩张效应为主,但这种影响在统计上并不显著。进一步的研究发现,知识产权保护对我国高技术产品进口贸易的影响效应存在明显的空间差异,也依赖于各个地区的模仿能力与模仿威胁。在东部,模仿能力强或模仿威胁强的地区,均以市场扩张效应为主,而在中西部,模仿能力弱或模仿威胁弱的地区,则以市场势力效应为主。Based on the data of imports of high-tech products by provinces in China during 2000-2007, this paper analyzes how intellectual property rights protection affects China's imports of high-tech products. The empirical results show that, overall, the effects of intellectual property rights protection on the imports of high-tech products in China are mainly reflected on market expansion effect, but the effects are not statistically significant. Further, it is found that the influence of intellectual property rights protection on the imports of high-tech products in China exists obvious spatial differences, but it depends on the diversities in terms of the provinces' sthreat of imitation and the ability of imitation. Particularly, there are obvious positive market expansion effects to those provinces that pose a strong imitative ability, a strong threat of imitation, and located in East, and there are negative market power effects to those provinces that pose a weak imitative ability, a weak threat of imitation, and located in the Central and Western area.
