摘　　要：介绍油气输送用直缝高频电阻焊(ERW)钢管生产检测工艺中自动超声波检测设备的工艺配置状况,重点阐述了ERW焊管检测工序中自动超声波检测仪器及设备、工艺方法、探头的选择与布置、对比试块制作与灵敏度调校等。自动超声波检测设备探伤速度快,成本低,可靠性高,有效地保证了油气输送用ERW焊管质量。This paper introduces automatic ultrasonic testing equipment configuration during the use of Electric Resistance Welding in oil and gas transmission,and focuses on the automatic ultrasonic test equipment in process of ERW,as well as instruments,methods,probe selection and installation,production of reference blocks and sensitivity inspection.The reliable high-speed but low-cost automatic ultrasonic testing ensures the quality of oil and gas transmission with ERW.
