TUPI联合ESWL治疗双“J”管管周继发结石(附15例报告)

摘　　要：目的:探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石联合ESWL治疗双"J"管继发管周结石的临床效果。方法:7例先行ESWL后再行输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术(TUPI),其余8例均直接行TUPI。通过泌尿系平片判断结石长2.2～15.3厘米。结果:所有15例病历的管周结石均被击碎,将结石击碎后均可以顺利拔除双"J"管,未出现输尿管撕脱或者穿孔等并发症,手术时间10～90分钟。结论:TUPI联合ESWL术是治疗双"J"管因管周继发结石无法拔除时的有效、安全的处理方法。Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of transurethral ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy（TUPI） accompanied byextracorporeal shock-wave lithotripsy（ESWL） for ureteral calculi secondary to double J stent.Methods：Seven cases were treated via TUPI after ESWL.The other eight cases were treated by TUPI.The length of stones is 2.2～15.3cm by way of kidney-urter-bladder plain films.Results：Of the 15 cases,all the ureteral calculi were smashed.All double J stents were pulled out successfully.There was no avulsion,perforation or other severe complications which occurred intraoperatively.The operation time is from 10 minutes to 90 minutes.Conclusion：TUPI accompanied by ESWL is an effective and safe method to urethral calculi secondary to double J stent.
