多巴胺速尿硝酸甘油合剂治疗风湿性心脏病伴心力衰竭的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨多巴胺速尿硝酸甘油合剂治疗风湿性心脏病伴心力衰竭的疗效情况。方法:分析我院收治的风湿性心脏病伴心力衰竭的临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为观察组(多巴胺速尿硝酸甘油合剂治疗组)30例和对照组(常规治疗组)30例。结果:观察组室早数、短阵室速数、PR间期、QRS波时限、QTc间期均优于对照组,观察组左室舒张末容积(EDV)和左室收缩末容积(ESV)均优于对照组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论:多巴胺速尿硝酸甘油合剂治疗风湿性心脏病伴心力衰竭症状改善明显,效果良好,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To approach curative effect analysis of treatment rheumatic heart disease with heart failure by dopamine fursemide nitroglycerin mixture.Methods：To approach clinical data curative effect analysis of treatment rheumatic heart disease with heart failure,which was to be divided into detection group（dopamine fursemide nitroglycerin mixture treatment group）30 cases and control group（conventional treatment group）30 cases.Results：The PVCs number、nonsustained ventricular tachycardia number、PR Interval、QRS duration、QTc Interval of detection group were better than control group,the EDV and ESV of detection group of detection group were better than control group,P0.05,the difference were tatistical significance.Conclusion：The symptom of treatment rheumatic heart disease with heart failure by dopamine fursemide nitroglycerin mixture were obviously,and result were good,which was to be used.
