乳猪肝脏提取物对糖尿病大鼠皮肤创伤的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察乳猪肝脏提取物对糖尿病大鼠皮肤创伤模型的影响。方法:建立1型糖尿病大鼠制作背部皮肤缺损模型,分为正常对照组、糖尿病对照组、乳猪肝脏提取物组,观察创面愈合情况。结果:在局部应用乳猪肝脏提取物后,乳猪肝脏提取物组促进毛细血管与创面垂直,胶原致密排列整齐,肉芽组织形成良好,成纤维细胞增殖较快,肉芽组织增生作用明显。而糖尿病对照组肉芽组织疏松,表皮不同程度增生,大部分未完全覆盖创面。伤后各组大鼠创面未见感染征象。乳猪肝脏提取物组与糖尿病对照组相比,创面愈合时间短,创面愈合率高,伤腔容积缩小显著,肉芽组织成熟(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:乳猪肝脏提取物对糖尿病大鼠皮肤创伤有明显的促进愈合的作用。Objective：To observe the piglets extract on liver diabetic rats skin wounds the influence of the model.Methods：To establish type 1 diabetes make rats back skin defect model,divided into normal control group,diabetes control,while the liver extracts groups,observing the wound healing.Results：The topical application of suckling pig liver extract,suckling pig liver extract groups promote capillary and wound vertical,collagen density are arranged in rows,granulation tissue formation,fibroblast proliferation and rapid proliferation of granulation tissue,obvious effect.And diabetic control group granulation tissue,osteoporosis,different degree of epidermal hyperplasia,most are not complete coverage of the wound.After the injury rat wound has not seen the signs of infection.Piglets liver extracts group and diabetes compared with controls,wound healing time is short,wound healing rate is high,the injury cavity volume shrink significantly,granulation tissue mature（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion：Piglets extract on liver diabetic rats skin wounds significantly promote healing role.
