摘　　要：目的:探讨结核性脑膜炎患者的生活质量现状及其影响因素,为采取相应的护理干预措施提供依据。方法:选取62例结核性脑膜炎患者、124例肺结核患者、85例健康者为研究对象,采用世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF),以问卷形式调查研究对象的生活质量状况,并分析其影响因素。结果:结脑患者的生活质量各维度均较健康者低,且在生理、心理、社会关系领域均低于肺结核患者。主要影响因素有年龄、性别、病程、社会支持、经济状况。结论:结核性脑膜炎患者生活质量处于较低水平,应采取有针对性地护理干预措施和健康指导提高其生活质量。Objective：To probe into the quality of life and its influence factors of tuberculous meningitis patients.Methods：62 tuberculous meningitis patients、124 pulmonary tuberculosis patients and 85 healthy people were enrolled into this study,use WHOQOL-BREF to carry on the questionnaire investigation of quality of their life and analyzing the influence factors.Results：Tuberculous meningitis patients own lower life quality in each dimension than healthy people,the mean scores of physical capacity、psychological state and social functioning were lower than that of pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Main influencing factors include age、gender、course of disease、social support、financial status.Conclusion：The quality of life of tuberculous meningitis patients is in the low level,nursing staff should provide targeted measures and health education to improve their quality of life.
