快速康复外科理念指导下的腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨快速康复外科理念在腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期护理中的临床应用价值。方法:将我院2008年1月～2012年2月期间收治的114例腹腔镜下胆囊切除术患者,分为观察组和对照组,每组各57例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组给予快速康复外科护理,比较两组患者的临床效果。结果:在快速康复外科理念指导下对57例患者进行护理后,下床活动时间、进食时间、排气时间以及住院天数均低于常规护理组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在快速康复外科理念指导下对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者实施围手术期护理干预,能够取得较好的临床效果,减少术后的应激反应,值得临床进一步推广使用。Objective：To study the rapid recovery in surgical concept laparoscopic cholecystectomy perioperative care the clinical application value.Methods：114 cases treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy patients,divided into the observation group and control group,each group of each 57 patients,patients given routine care,the observation group gives rapid recovery surgical nursing,compared with two groups of patients with clinical effect.Results：In the rapid recovery surgery under the guidance of the concept of 57 patients of nursing bed activities under the meal time,exhaust time,time and days in hospital were lower than that of the conventional care groups of patients,the difference between groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：In the rapid recovery surgery under the guidance of the concept of laparoscopic cholecystectomy implementation patients perioperative nursing intervention,can get better clinical effect,reduce postoperative stress reaction,and to further promote the clinical use.
