68例老年睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:总结老年睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(SAHS)患者无创呼吸机辅助治疗的护理经验。方法:对68例患者进行睡眠期间观察、整体护理及健康教育。结果:患者对呼吸机的顺应性明显提高。血氧饱和度、睡眠质量以及各种与SAHS相关的临床症状都有不同程度地改善。结论:加强对老年SAHS患者睡眠期间的观察和整体护理,对于减少睡眠呼吸事件的发生,提高呼吸机使用的顺应性及促进早日康复具有重要意义和确切疗效。Objective：To evaluate the experience of overall care in elderly patients with sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome（SAHS）.Methods：68 patients with SAHA were monitored during sleep,and were cared with overall care.Results：The compliances and symptoms of patients were significantly improved.Conclusion：The overall care and careful observation are very important and necessary to elderly SAHS patients for the purpose of prevention the incidence of sleep apnea and improve patients＇ compliance to ventilation treatment resulting in earlier recovery of these patients.
