摘　　要：CAPP与PDM是制造业信息化的主要环节,针对传统CAPP系统无法对基于网络环境的工艺数据和工艺过程数据进行有效管理等问题,通过对中小型企业CAPP系统工艺设计和工艺过程管理需求的归纳分析,开发了基于PDM的CAPP系统,建立了基于PDM的CAPP系统的业务模型,详细的阐述系统业务模型三大主线,重点从体系结构、功能模型、技术架构三个角度对系统进行全面描述,实现了工艺设计过程与产品数据管理系统功能的有机结合,具有较好的实用性和通用性。CAPP and PDM are key links of the manufacturing information.On the basis of analyzing requirements of process design and management in small and medium enterprise,the CAPP system based on PDM is developed to solve the limitation that traditional CAPP system cannot effectively manage the process data based Internet environment.This paper establishes the operation model of the CAPP system,describes the three masterstrokes of the model in detail,especially the mainframe,the function model and the architecture.The CAPP system has better practicality and currency,combining the process design and the PDM function so that the process design could be more agility.
