摘 要:中小型水电站一般地处偏远,在多个水电站同时进行检修时,资源调度中的路径不可以忽略不计。针对水电检修项目中物流成本较大的问题,以物流成本最低为目标,建立水电检修项目调度模型,采用启发式方法生成项目调度方案并建立仿真模型,通过项目的调度和资源的调度两种手段,用基于禁忌搜索的仿真优化算法求解,资源调度最常见有三种规则,最后以一个实例对三种资源调度规则下的优化调度方案进行比较,得出中小型水电站资源优化中的最优调度方案,同时证明本研究的可行性。Small and medium-sized hydropower stations are generally located in a remote,when a number of plants are on the Maintenance at the same time,resource scheduling in the path cannot be negligible.In order to discuss the logistics high cost of logistics on hydropower maintenance project,this paper sets the minimum logistics cost for goal,establish hydropower maintenance project scheduling model,adopts Heuristic algorithm to generate project scheduling solution and input to the simulation software,uses the tabu search simulation optimization algorithm to solve the problem,there are three rules in the most common resource scheduling,compares the optimization scheduling solution under the three kinds of resources scheduling through an example,Come to the small and medium-sized hydropower station resources to optimize the optimal scheduling scheme.Finally,it is proved the method is effective.
