摘　　要：本文通过对某油田公司的天然气压缩机组成撬制造过程中设备监理实践,从项目合同技术文件分析、外购部件监理、压缩机主机安装、压缩机组管线安装四个环节介绍了天然气压缩机组成撬制造的监理方法及其控制点,为开展压缩机组或其他设备的监理工作提供了一种参考。Based on the equipment supervision practice of the natural gas Compressor Unit manufacturing process, this article has discussed the Supervision Method and the Critical Control Points from aspects of contract management purchased components Supervision main engine installation and Pipeline Installation, which supplies a new method for the Equipment Supervision in the assembling process of compressor unit and other equipment.
