摘 要:通过气相色谱一质谱技术,确定了邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)中有机硫的结构,建立了定量分析DBP中有机硫成分的方法。实验采用DBP样品为基体以减少基体干扰,用加标后峰面积的增加值与有机硫含量建立标准曲线,定量测定了DBP中的有机硫含量,方法的线性范同为0.05~10μg/g,最低检出限为0.024/xg/g。测定结果与微库仑法相一致,显示出2种方法都有很高的精密度,精密度分别为7.52%和4.92%。该法可作为DBP中有机硫含量测定的标准方法来使用。The structure of organic sulfur in dibutyl phthalate (DBP) was identified, and the methods for quantitative analysis of organic sulfur in DBP were founded by using gas chromatography-mass spectrograph technique. Using the DBP sample as matrix in the experiments to reduce the matrix interference, the standard curve was founded using the increased values of the peak area after adding the standard substance and the organic sulfur content. The organic sulfur content in DBP was quantitatively determined, the linearity range of the method is 0.05-10 ~g/g and the minimum detection limit is 0.024 ~g/g. The determined results are consistent with those obtained by using micro-coulometry method. It is shown that the two methods have higher precision of 7.52% and 4.92% respectively, so it can be used as a standard method for determining organic sulfur content in DBP.
