摘　　要：全面分析了萤石——硫酸法生产无水氟化氢(AHF)中气体氟化氢的制取、粗品的蒸馏、气体中SO2和SiF4的脱除、液态氟化氢的精馏等生产工艺,重点研究了生产工艺中物料的前处理、物料的浓度与配比、水分和生产工序的管理等影响AHF产品品质和产率的因素,提出了相应的解决方法,并对AHF生产工艺的发展做出了展望。The preparations of hydrogen fluoride gas,distillation of crude product,desorption of the SO2 and SiF4 as well as the rectification of liquid hydrogen fluoride were comprehensively analyzed in the process of preparing AHF with fluorite-sulfuric acid method.The factors influenced on the quality and yield of AHF product,such as the pretreatment of material,the concentration,mixing proportion,moisture and the management of production processes,were mainly studied,and the corresponding solving methods were put forward.Finally,the development of AHF production processes was prospected.
