摘　　要：吡仑帕奈是α-氨基-3-羟基-5甲基-4-异唑丙酸受体拮抗剂,为一种具有全新作用机制的抗癫痫药,临床上用于伴有或不伴有继发性强直的12岁以上患者癫痫部分发作的辅助治疗。本文对吡仑帕奈的作用机制、药效学、药代动力学、药物相互作用、临床评价和安全性等进行综述,以期为临床合理用药提供参考。Perampanel is a non-competitive AMPA receptor antagonist. It is a new antiepileptic drugs for adjunctive treatment of partial-onset seizures with or without secondarily generalized seizures in 12 years old and older patients with epilepsy. In order to provide reference for clinical medication, this article reviewed the mechanism, pharmacodynamics, pharmacokinetics, drug interaction, clinical evaluation, and safety ofperampanel.
