摘　　要：简要介绍了宽带无线技术背景及技术体制,详细讨论了军队卫生勤务的应用需求,重点探讨了基于卫勤应用的军用宽带无线技术解决方案,分析了实施后的效果,最后就目前3G技术存在的问题和向4G技术发展的必要性进行了简要探讨。Firstly, this text introduced the background and technology frame of BWA. Secondly, it discussed detailed about the application requirement of the PLA＇s Health Service in BWA. Thirdly, it payed more emphasis on the solution of BWA used in the PLA＇s Health Service. Then it analyzed the effect of solution. At last, it argued of the problem of the 3G technology and the necessity of developing 4G technology.
