摘　　要：手术质量与安全直接关系患者的生命和健康,决定医院的医疗技术水平和管理水平。手术分级管理系统是利用信息化平台实现手术分级管理制度的数字化,明确手术医师准入权限,以便在优势学科中分阶段实施手术分级管理,确保医疗安全,减少人力物力,提高工作效率。The operation quality and safety immediately relates with the life and health of patients, and determines the hospital medical technology level and management level. Operation grading management system realizes the operation management system of digital by using information platform, makes clear the permissions of operation physician access, so that it carries out operation grading management in the dominant disciplines by stages. It ensures medical safety, reduces the manpower and material resources, and improves work efficiency.
