摘　　要：本文从中药材及中药中重金属外源性污染以及中药种植过程中中药材的自然富集出发探讨了中药材及中药中重金属污染的主要来源,介绍了中药材中重金属检测的常用分析技术,简要阐述了不同分析技术的最适宜的使用条件和优缺点,总结了常规实验室在重金属检测方面需要配置的仪器设备。根据目前中药材及中药重金属分析的难点与热点,重点介绍了各种联用技术在中药材重金属价态分析的进展。An overview about the pollution sources and the analysis analysis techniques of heavy metals ions in traditional Chinese medicine was showed.The suitable using conditions ang the advantages and disadvantages of different analytic techniques were compared.Introduction of the conventional laboratory in heavy metal detection need to configure the equipment.The hyphenated techniques for the speciation analysis,one of the hot and difficult fields of the analysis analysis techniques,of heavy metals were introduced.
