摘  要:与传统的汽轮机汽封间隙测量方法不同,汽轮机转子和定子在非安装条件下,采用靶球和API激光跟踪仪实现无接触式测量。测量数据输入计算机,与定子的参数进行计算可得到汽封轴向和径向间隙。测量了汽轮机低压部分的径向汽封间隙,均满足工作要求。该方法对汽轮机汽封间隙测量提供了一种创新方法和一定的理论支持。Compared with traditional measure method of steam turbine steam seal clearances,the new measure method is without contact,which is on the non-assembled condition of rotor and stator with pheretarget and API laser tracker used.Measured data are input into computer,which are computed with the parameters of stator,and then radical direction and axial clearances of steam seal can be attained.The radical steam seal clearances of low pressure part of steam turbine are measured in the paper and the results showed that it can meet work requirements.The method provides the measure method of steam turbine steam seal clearances with a innovative way and certain theoretical support.
