摘　　要：本文简要介绍了荧光发射原理和过程,并描述了荧光光谱仪的工作原理以及单光子计数衰减光谱仪工作流程。阐述了以N,N’-二甲基哌嗪的荧光性质及其测定方法,包括紫外吸收光谱、荧光光谱和固有(也称作内禀)荧光寿命。探讨了其光物理性质与N-N偶极-偶极相互作用之间的关系。N,N’-二甲基哌嗪的荧光辐射速率常数kR小于单胺。其计算结果与实验结果相符合。The paper briefly introduces the principle and process of fluorescence,as well as the working principle of fluorimeter and working flow of the Single-Photon Counting technique.It illustrates the fluorescence features and test methods of N,N’-dimethylpiperazine,including the UV spectrum and fluorescence spectrum and intrinsic fluorescence lifetime.The relationship between the photophysical properties of N,N’-dimethylpiperazine and N-N dipole-dipole interactions is also discussed.The fluoresence radiative rate constant kRof N,N’-dimethylpiperazine is smaller than that of monoamines.The computational result is consistent with experiments.
