仿毛型复合丝特性及其织物风格的研究

摘　　要：研究仿毛型复合丝的取向态结构与性能，测试其异纤度、异收缩、碱减量加工、弹性回复、里面蠕变回复，找出其性能与织物绒感、弹性间接联系。结果表明：利用复合丝的异纤度、异收缩、碱减量加工，可使织物表面有较好的仿毛效果，并有良好的弹性及抗皱折性。The orientation structure and properties of the wool-like composite filament were studied. The association of properties with its wool-like handle of fabric and elasticity was found through analyzing iso-fineness,iso-shrinkage, alkali deweightening,elongation elastic recovery and creep recovery. It was shown that the composite filament could produce fair wool-like handle, good elasticity and crease-resistance through iso-finess, ios-shrinkage and alkali deweightening process.
