摘　　要：通过对比使用表面不处理胶辊、普通大漆胶辊及改变前罗拉加压条件而试纺特细号纱JC6 .48tex ,说明在较小的前罗拉压力下使用表面不处理胶辊 ,可改善条干CV %值 ,减少粗节、细节纱疵的产生。By labortory use of non treatment cot and conventional lacquer treated cot,and by adjustment of the pressure of the front roll,for the production of yarn JC 6.48 tex and JC 915 tex,It proves that CV% value and knotted yarn big or small can be reduced with the non treatment cot with smaller pressure of front roll.
