摘 要:结构试验和工程实践均表明体系节点具有半刚性特点,但在结构分析和设计中,通常采用理想刚性或铰接进行简化,不能反映结构的真实受力。为掌握和合理利用该轻钢龙骨体系节点的半刚性性能,对3种典型节点型式进行了试验测试,利用材料力学和结构力学的分析原理和方法得到各节点的弯矩与转角曲线(即M-θ曲线);参考型钢结构节点半刚性分析方法,得到各节点的初始连接刚度和极限弯矩承载力;通过拟合试验数据得到各节点的M-θ曲线和节点形状参数,曲线吻合较好,所得形状参数可以用于工程设计。研究结果表明:型钢结构节点的半刚性分析方法可以用于轻钢结构体系,也可为其他类型轻钢结构节点的研究提供参考。The Web light gauge steel structure is widely used in residential structures for its industrialization, stand ardization, high-strength, environmental protection and energy saving. Structural test and engineering practice show that connections in the steel structures are semi-rigid. However, it is used to be simplified as fully rigid or ideally pinned in engineering analysis and design, which can't simulate the real structures. To research and consider reasonably semi-rigid performance of the connections in the structures, the experiments for three kinds of connections have been introduced, and the momentrotation curves for these connections are calculated by methods of material mechanics and structural me chanics. According to analytical methods and formulas of semi-rigid connection of common steel structures, the initial e lastic stiffness and ultimate moment of connections have been obtained. After curve fitting, the moment-rotation relation ship and shape parameter of connections are brought out. Experimental curves and analytical ones agree well, so the shape parameters can be used in engineering design. The results suggested that semi-rigid analytical methods of common steel structure are suitable to analysis of light gauge steel structure.
