摘  要:介绍了超声波的理化效应,阐述了超声波在复合电沉积中的作用:促进共沉积过程,提高镀层质量和分散作用。论述了超声波对复合镀层的微观组织结构、微粒含量、硬度、耐磨性和耐蚀性的影响,提出了超声波复合电沉积技术需要进一步研究的问题,展望了超声波在复合电沉积技术中的应用前景。The physical and chemical effects of ultrasonic were introduced. The role of ultrasonic in composite electroplating was expatiated, including promoting codeposition process as well as improving deposit quality and dispersion effect. The effects of ultrasonic on micro structure, particle content, hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance of composite deposit were discussed. Some problems existing in the ultrasonic-assisted composite electrodeposition which are needed to be further studied were proposed. The application prospect of ultrasonic in composite electrodeposition was predicted.
