Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂在萝摩多糖纯化中的应用

摘　　要：目的考察Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂在萝摩多糖提取中的提纯效果。方法以硫酸-苯酚法测定含量,通过正交实验进行优化,确定理想的Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂处理工艺。采用Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂对提取出的萝摩多糖复合物进行纯化得萝摩粗多糖。结果Ⅱ型ZTC1+1天然澄清剂能有效提高萝摩多糖的提取量,并与澄清剂2组份的比例,反应温度有关。结论Ⅱ型ZTC1+l天然澄清剂纯化萝摩总糖的最佳工艺为A3B1C2D1,即A、B组分的体积分数分别为1%、2%,药液的浓缩程度为m(药物/g):V(水/mL)=1:10,温度为70℃,加热时间为B组分加入后加热1 h,A组分加入后加热1 h。Objective To study the effect ofⅡZTC1＋1 natural clarifying agents used in the Purification of Japanese Metaplexis Polysaccharide. Methods The content of Japanese Metaplexis Polysaccharide was determined by phenol-sulphuric acid. The method was optimized by orthogonal experimentations. Ⅱ type ZTC1 ＋ 1 natural clarify agent was used to refine the extracted Japanese metaplexis polysaccharide compound to get crude polysaccharide. Results The result showed thatⅡZTC1＋1 natural clarifying agents could effectively improve the content of Japanese metaplexis polysaccharide,the effect was relates to the proportion of two components and temperature. Conclusion The optimal condition of typeⅡZTC l＋l natural clarifying agents used in Japanese metaplexis polysaccharide condition is A1B3C1D2.
