摘　　要：介绍了化学益生素和益生素的作用机理。益生素不仅可促进动物体内微生物的代谢 ,而且可抑制有害物质的生长 ,从而提高动物的免疫力。并详述了化学益生素和益生素在猪、禽饲料中的应用情况。The functional mechanism of prebiotics and probiotics was introduced. The prebiotics and probiotics not only can improve the metabolite of microbe in animal's gut, but olso can inhibit the growth of harmful materials. Therefore the immunity of animals can be improved. The application conditions of prebiotics and probiotics in the diets for pigs and poultry were expounded in detail.
