摘　　要：在对粮食粉尘生产、运输过程中的火灾、爆炸危险性进行辨识的基础上对粮食粉尘物理、化学、爆炸特性等参数进行实验研究,分析粮食粉尘爆炸的主要影响因素及权重;运用模糊理论,建立粮食粉尘爆炸危险性分析模型,为粮食粉尘爆炸危险性的预测提供依据。The physical, chemical and explosion characteristic parameters of grain dust is studied on the basis of explosion and fire hazard identification in production and transport and the main effect factors and it＇ s weighing is also analyzed. An index estimation system of grain dust is built by applying the fuzzy theory, which provides references for risk prediction of similar dust explosion.
