摘 要:从火灾风险角度分析了事故场景的演变模式,基于道路运输泄漏事故概率和影响区人员总风险探讨了危险品运输风险指数评价法,并以实例分析。该方法可对运输危险品的潜在风险进行快速评估,有利于采取有效的安全预防和控制措施,降低运输泄漏事故概率和沿线影响区人员风险。The accidents development scenarios of flammable and explosive hazardous materials (hazmat) roadway trans- portation are analyzed based on the fire risk. This paper is aimed to present a risk index method based on the total population at risk within the impact region and the total frequency of a hazmat release by road and a case is also described and as- sessed. This method introduces here can be applied to assess the hazard potential of hazmat transportation quickly and conve- niently and also can be taken as a supportive safety measure in transportation practice in order to reduce roadway transporta- tion leakage accidents and population risk along the hazmat path.
