摘 要:将微波辐射应用于城市污水厂活性污泥脱水前的预处理,研究了微波辐射150 s内污泥浊度、沉降性和脱水性的变化,考察了自然沉降后上清液浊度、污泥沉降比(SV30)、离心后含水率和胞外聚合物(EPS)浓度的变化,并探讨了相关机理。结果表明,随辐射时间的增长,上清液浊度升高,而SV30和含水率均先减小后增大。在EPS质量浓度约120 mg/g的条件下,微波辐射处理前后的污泥含水率由84.32%降到了约76%。The pretreatment of activated sludge with microwave irradiation is carded out prior to dewatering, and the changes of properties such as turbidity, settleability and dewaterabillty after microwave irradiation in a range of 150 s are studied. The supematant turbidity after free settling, SV30, water content of sludge after centrifugation, and concentrations of extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) are investigated, and the related mechanisms are also discussed. The results indi- cates that supematant turbidity increases with the increase of contact time of microwave irradiation, but SV3o and water con- tent decreases firstly and then increases. Corresponding to the EPS concentrations of about 120 mg/g, the sludge dewater- ability has been improved greatly, and the water content after centrifugation decreases from 84.32% to about 76% compared to untreated sludge.
