摘　　要：宣钢2 500m3高炉炼铁生产过程中,在铁口及摆动溜嘴等处产生大量烟尘,原除尘系统因各种原因不能有效捕集。通过对原除尘系统各支管道进行风量、风压测定,结合高炉实际生产情况,新增一套除尘系统,对原除尘系统管网和各产尘点的捕集罩重新进行设计,使烟尘捕集率达95%以上,有效控制了烟尘外溢。There exists too much gas and dust at the tap hole and swinging chute during the iron making production and it can＇t be effectively captured by the original dust collection system.Based on the measuring of wind volume and pressure of the original dust collection system and in accordance with the actual production condition,a set of new dust collecting equipment is added and the old pipelines and collecting hoods are redesigned.As a result,gas dust collection rate is up to above 95% and the overflow of gas dust is effectively controlled.
