摘  要:络合清洗法是一种应用最为广泛的防止含硫油品设备硫腐蚀产物自燃的方法。研究了络合剂、表面活性剂、钝化剂和缓蚀剂对络合清洗的影响,并且评价筛选出了合适的清洗剂组成。结果表明,EDTA对自燃性硫铁化合物的清洗效率最高,过量的表面活性剂和强氧化性的钝化剂的加入会降低清洗效率,硫脲在络合清洗过程中表现出优良的缓蚀性能。Complexation cleaning is a most widely used method to solve the problem of spontaneous combustion accidents caused by sulfur corrosion products on oil refinery equipments.The effects of complexing agents,surface active agents,passivators and corrosion inhibitors on cleaning ferrous sulfide are studied in this paper and the suitable compositions of complexing agents are also evaluated and selected.The results show that EDTA is efficient in cleaning pyrophoric ferrous sulfide.Adding excessive surface active agents and strong oxidizing passivators to the cleaning agent can reduce the cleaning efficiency.Thiourea shows excellent corrosion inhibitor performance in the complex cleaning process.
