摘　　要：应用挪威船级社(DNV)的风险评估软件SAFETI,对事故模拟过程中各种参数的选择方法进行了较详细的描述。针对液氨储罐发生灾难性破裂事故建立相应的评价模型,对氨泄漏的毒性危害后果及风险进行了定量评价,分析发生泄漏事故后氨的扩散距离及影响规模,提出人员疏散和撤离方式的建议,为事故的应急救援工作提供了技术指导和理论依据,最大程度地降低氨泄漏事故造成的危害。Based on the software ＂SAFETI＂ coming from Norway DNV,this paper describes the accident simulation parameters of the process of selection methods in detail.The assessment model of catastrophic rupture leakage incident of ammonia is established and the quantitative assessment for the risk and consequences of toxic hazards in ammonia leakage are carried out.The diffusion distance and circle of influences of ammonia leakage accident is analyzed,some suggestions on personnal evacuation are also put forward,providing technical guidance and theoretical basis for the emergency rescue and hazards caused by ammonia leakage accidents can be largely reduced.
