摘　　要：安全生产管理信息系统的功能模块涉及水利水电开发企业各单位在生产经营活动中必须解决的各类日常安全业务,包括事故管理、危险源管理等安全生产管理功能,能为大型水利水电开发企业的决策层、管理层和执行层(含合作方)提供支持。通过系统应用,加强了大型水利水电工程的安全生产监督管理,防止和减少生产安全事故,保障了员工的人身安全与健康,保障了施工安全和发电安全,避免国家和投资者的资产损失。Functional modules of the safety production management information system involve daily security service of water conservancy and hydropower development units in the production and management activities that must be addressed,including incident management and risk source management,which can provide support in decision-making,management and implementation levels（including partners） of large water conservancy and hydropower development enterprises.The systematic application can strengthen the safety production supervision and administration of large water conservancy and hydropower projects,prevent and reduce safety incidents,guarantee the safety and health of employees,ensure construction and power safety and protect the investors from losses of assets.
