列车卸料过程开放性粉尘吹吸式控制的研究

摘  要:以翻车卸料过程为研究对象,结合翻车工艺流程和翻车机室结构特点建立粉尘控制模型,采用吹吸气流从源头对开放性粉尘进行控制,给出了控制参数的计算方法,对控制结果进行了CFD模拟。模拟结果表明,吹吸气流能从源头对粉尘进行有效控制,工作区粉尘相对质量分数由78%降至9%,粉尘控制率为85%~90%。Taking the unloading process of ear dump as the research object, a dust control model is set up combined with the overturned process and the dumper chamber structure characteristics, in which the push- pull flow is adopted to control the openness dust from the source, the control parameters calculation method is given and the results of the model are simu- lated by CFD. Simulation results show that the push- pull flow can effectively control the dust from the source, the relative concentrations of dust the work area decreases from 78% to 9% and dust control rate from 85% to 90%.
