摘 要:为研究点支式夹层玻璃幕墙的抗爆性能,完成了2种夹层玻璃厚度、TNT装药量从0.4~30 kg的共9组野外爆炸试验,研究了不同装药量下的超压响应、玻璃幕墙的位移响应和破坏模式。系列爆炸试验结果表明,爆炸发生后超压迅速升至峰值,并在几毫秒内衰减;夹层玻璃的位移响应随着TNT装药量的增加而增大,增加玻璃厚度可有效降低夹层玻璃的位移响应;点支式玻璃幕墙的破坏模式为PVB夹层在点支孔处撕裂从而导致玻璃面板破坏,此时钢化玻璃已碎成颗粒附着在PVB上,但不发生飞溅。同时,采用动力非线性有限元方法分析爆炸试验,有限元模拟获得的中心点最大位移与试验结果差别在35%内;有限元分析发现玻璃面板在点支孔处有明显的应力集中现象,从而导致点支孔处发生破坏,所得破坏模式与试验结果一致。To investigate the blast resistance of point-supported glass curtain wall,a series of site blast tests were conducted,considering two types of glass thicknesses and different TNT charges from 0.4 kg to 30 kg.The overpressure and displacement were measured and the failure mode was observed.The tests show the following results.The overpressure suddenly increases and quickly decays within a few milliseconds.The displacement response of the glass curtain wall increases with the increase of TNT charge.The increase of the glass thickness reduces the displacement response of the point-supported glass curtain wall.The failure mode is the tearing off of PVB at the support of the laminated glass panel while the glass shards still adhere to the PVB.Nonlinear dynamic finite element simulation of the blast tests show that,the difference of displacement response obtained by finite element analysis and blast test is less than 35%,severe stress concentration exists at the rim of support hole and finally causes the failure at the support hole,which agrees with the failure mode observed from the blast test.
