摘 要:本文基于广州市商场建筑的能耗统计工作,抽样分析了该地区商场建筑的分类分项能耗,对其单位建筑面积能耗随月份的变化关系进行了分析拟合。同时,通过主成分分析确定了影响商场建筑能耗的基本因素。在提取主成分的基础上,经过二次回归分析,建立了商场建筑能耗估算模型,并检验了模型误差。本文从宏观角度为广州地区商场建筑能源侧管理和建筑节能提供了参考和依据。In this paper, based on the statistical work of market buildings' energy consumption in Guangzhou, the sampling analysis of classified and itemized energy consumption level was given out, also the fitting results of energy consumption per unit area with the change of month was presented. Furthermore, using the principal component analysis method, the basic factors affecting the energy consumption were determined. With the principal components' extraction and quadratic regression analysis, energy consumption estimation model of market buildings was established, and the model error was tested. From a macroscopic perspective, references for energy side management and energy efficiency for market buildings in Guangzhou were provided.
