关于农村土地使用权股份制改革的思考

摘　　要：农地使用权股份化利于我国现代农业发展。我国农地使用权股份制改革,必须以保障农民权益,稳定与发展相结合、充分实现农地效益为基本前提。其制度设计应该完善现有的个体农户的农地使用权股份化制度,促进个体农户经营有机联合;建立股份合作制经济组织,实施股份合作制经营,促进集体共有财产权与个体农户农地使用权有机统一;循序渐进将改革进一步推向深入。Agricuhural Land Use Rights Shares in favor of the development of China＇s modern agriculture. Our country farmland right to use shareholding system to reform, must be to safeguard farmer rights and interests and stability combined with development, fully realize farmland benefit as the basic premise. The system should be designed to improve the existing individual farmer farmland right to use share-holding system, promotion of individual farmers operating organic union; establish joint-stock cooperative economy organization, implement share-holding cooperation management, promote the collective property rights and individual farmer farmland right to use organic unity; gradual reform to development further.
