摘　　要：ECFA的签订与全面实施,为海峡两岸金融合作创造了巨大的空间。本文采用规范的分析方法,针对海峡两岸金融合作的现状、作用和路径进行深层次分析,认为加强金融合作是目前两岸的必然选择,应加强两岸商业银行、证券业和保险业的合作,建立海峡两岸区域性金融服务中心,加强金融监管合作,完善金融犯罪惩罚的法律制度。ECFA signed with the full implementation of cross-strait financial cooperation, to create a great space, in order to accelerate the process of cross-strait financial cooperation, promoting the trade development, this paper adopts normative analysis method, for cross-strait financial cooperation present situation, function and path to carry out deep analysis. Research results show that, to strengthen financial cooperation across the Straits is the current financial environment for cross-strait financial inevitable choice, across the Taiwan Strait should strengthen cross-Straits cooperation, increase the Commercial Bank Securities cooperation, establishment of cross-strait regional financial service center, deepen the insurance industry cooperation, strengthen cooperation in financial regulation, strengthen and improve financial crime punishment legal aspects.
