摘 要:较大的车轮不圆度值给运行中的车辆带来振动与冲击,直接影响行车安全性和平稳性。在测量车轮不圆度时,利用系统传递函数直接反映系统自身的特性,获得车轮不圆度的数据,能避免建立测量机构和车轮之间复杂的几何关系。车轮不圆度差值可作为输入直接从传感器上读取,通过拉普拉斯变换构建系统的传递函数可以得到输出,即车轮不圆度。仿真结果表明,这种方法能较为精确地拟合出车轮不圆度信号。Big out of roundness of wheels brings vibration and impact on vehicles in operation, directly affects the running safety and stability. In measurement of the out of round wheels, the system transfer function is used to directly reflect the features of the system and obtain the data of the out of roundness of wheels, so as to avoid setting up the complex geometrical relations between the measurement device and the wheels. The difference of out of round wheels can be read directly from the sensor as the input, through Laplace transformation, the transfer function of the system is constructed, and the output, i.e., the out of roundness of wheels, is obtained. The simulation result shows that this method can accurately give the out of roundness signal of wheels.
