摘  要:基于圆管浆体螺旋流中颗粒的受力分析以及浆体螺旋流速度场的探讨,建立起浆体螺旋流中颗粒轨迹的运动方程和参数方程,指出水平轴向浆体流中的颗粒运动主要由螺旋流拖曳和有效重力下沉合成为偏轴线向心螺旋前进。运用FLUENT软件进行颗粒运动轨迹仿真,显示螺旋浆体流中颗粒运动轨迹偏轴线向心螺旋的特征,且小颗粒聚集在管道中心,大颗粒分布在外围,与理论方程吻合较好。After analyzing the forces acting on granules in spiral slurry flow in tubular pipelines and discussing the velocity field of the spiral slurry flow, the paper established the motion equation and parametric equation of granule trajectories in the spiral slurry flow. It also indicated that the motion of granules in the horizontal axial slurry flow was centripetal spiral advance along deviated axis, which mainly consisted of drag of spiral flow and sinking of effective gravity. FLUENT was applied to carry out the kinematic simulation of granules, and the granules in the spiral slurry flow appeared centripetal spiral advance along deviated axis, and the smaller granules aggregated along the pipe centerline, the bigger granules were distributed at the pipe periphery. The simulation results were in agreement with theoretical equations.
