摘  要:振动筛是工程上常用的筛分设备,物料的松散是影响筛分效率的主要因素。提出了密实度的一种全新定义,在此定义上获得了松散与分层在理论上的量化关系。应用DEM(Discrete Element Method,离散单元法)模拟和分析了筛分过程,并根据仿真试验结果建立了密实度与筛分时间、松散区域下限高度的关系曲线图,从而论述该定义的合理性,为今后研究振动筛筛分参数对松散的影响提供指导。The vibrative screen is a common sieving equipment in the industry, the material loosening is the main factor affecting the sieving efficiency. In the paper, a novel definition of the density was proposed, and the quantitative relationship between loosening and stratification in theory was obtained based on the definition. DEM (discrete element method) was applied to simul^te and analyze the sieving process. After that, according to simulation results, the relationship curves between density with sieving duration and lower limit of height of loosening region were established, which verified the rationality of the definition. The study offered guidance for studying influences of sieving parameters of the vibrative screen on material loosening.
