摘 要:为了研究GDQ型滚动联轴器半联轴器的受力情况和影响规律,为其强度设计提供理论支持,采用ANSYS参数化设计语言对半联轴器进行参数化建模,分析了半联轴器的键槽分布角度、转速、连接台高度与径向尺寸及圆盘厚度等各参数对半联轴器应力的影响,并进行了灵敏度分析。分析结果表明,键槽的位置引起两凸台的受力不均衡;转速的升高引起整体的应力值有较大的升高,同时凸台连接处周围的应力值增加比其他地方增加幅度要大;连接台的高度越高,越能有效降低凸台的应力,连接台的径向尺寸对凸台的应力影响不大;增大连接台高度和圆盘的厚度有效地加强联轴器的整个刚度,变形减小,凸台的应力有所下降。To study the stress status and influence laws of half coupling in GDQ rolling coupling so as to offer theoretical supports for strength design of the half coupling, ANSYS parameterized design language was applied to build the model of a half coupling. And then, influences of various parameters such as angular layout of key slots of the half coupling, rotary velocity of the half coupling, height and radial length of connection section, disk thickness on the stress of the half coupling were analyzed, at last, the sensitivity was analyzed. The analysis results showed: improper location of the key slots led to force unbalance of two dummy clubs; the increase in the rotary velocity of the half coupling brought about great rise of the whole stress, and the stress around the connection of the dummy clubs had larger increase amplitude than the ones on other area; the higher the connection section was, the lower the stress of the dummy clubs was, while the radial length of the connection section had the least impact on the stress of the dummy clubs; the increase in the height of the connection section and the disk thickness effectively improved the stiffness of the whole coupling, thus the deformation decreased and the stress of the dummy clubs reduced also.
