摘 要:针对产品设计中传统参数化设计存在的不足,提出了机械产品广义参数化设计技术,并详细论述了其设计内涵、设计流程和关键技术。采用机械产品广义参数化设计技术,开发了基于三维设计平台的桥式起重机小车架的参数化设计系统,依托该系统实现了小车架"参数设置-模型驱动-有限元分析校核-工程图优化调整"的一体化设计,达到了CAD/CAE的集成化设计。大大提高了设计效率,显著改善了工程图的质量,较好地满足了市场的个性化需求。In view of the insufficiencies of the traditional parameterization design such as product design parameters and drawing optimization, generalized parameterization design technology of mechanical products was proposed, and specific design duty, design process and key technologies were discussed in detail. And then, the generalized parameterization design technology of mechanical products was applied to develop the parameterization design system of the trolley frame of the bridge crane based on 3D design platform, thus integrated design of the trolley frame including parameter setting, model being driven, FEA and optimization of the engineering drawing was realized, so CAD/CAE integrated design was achieved. Therefore, the design efficiency increased greatly, the quality of the engineering drawing improved remarkably, and the personalized needs were satisfied well.
