摘 要:[目的]促进外引大豆种质资源的有效利用,为新疆大豆育种和种质创新提供依据。[方法]采用数量性状多样性统计和聚类分析方法,对149份外引大豆种质资源的8个主要农艺性状和2个籽粒性状进行遗传多样性分析。[结果]149份大豆种质资源主要来源于11个国家和地区,具有较高的变异系数,变异范围为12.48%~67.13%,其中单株荚数、单株粒数和单株粒重的变异系数最高,达60%以上;生育期的变异系数最低,为12.48%;基于10个农艺性状的聚类分析将149份材料聚为2大类5亚类,聚类结果与材料地理来源具有一定相关性。[结论]该批种质资源极大丰富了新疆大豆的遗传多样性,为新疆大豆育种奠定了基础。[ Objective ] The purpose of this project was to promote tlae ettecuve use of mtroouceu soyoean germphlasm in Xinjiang and provide basis for choosing parents when creating a new cross combination. [ Method] Eight primary agronomic characters and two kernel traits were used to evaluate genetic diversity of 149 soybean germplasm from different countries. [ Result] The results showed that 149 soybean germplasm from 11 nations and areas such as Japan and America et al. , had high variation coefficient of 8 characters ranged from 12.48% to 67.13%, and the largest variation coefficient was found in Pods per plant, Seeds per plant and Seed weight per plant exceed 60% ; the smallest coefficient of variation to maturity was 12.48%. The results also showed that the 149 varieties could be divided into 2 groups, 5 sub - groups according to 8 agronomic traits and 2 seed traits. The results of clustering showed some rules in the geographical distribution. [ Conclusion]The 149 varieties increased genetic diversity in broadening genetic basis of Xinjiang soybean cultivars. of Xinjiang soybean germplasm, and were utilized
