摘 要:【目的】建立用高效液相色谱法测定土壤中ZJ4042的残留分析方法。【方法】样品采用乙腈提取,正己烷净化,高效液相色谱紫外检测器检测。【结果】当添加质量分数为0.1-10.0mg/kg时,ZJ4042在土壤中的回收率为85.3%-99.1%,变异系数为1.5%-2.7%,最低检测质量分数为0.05mg/kg。【结论】该方法简单可靠,符合农药残留分析要求,适用于土壤中ZJ4042的残留检测。[Aims] A residual determination method of ZJ4042 in soil by HPLC was established. [Methods] The sample was extracted by acetonitrile, cleaned up by n-hexane, and determined by HPLC-UV. [Results] With the addition concentration of 0.1-10.0 mg/kg, the average recovery of ZJ4042 in soil was 85.3-99.1%, the coefficient of variation was 1.5-2.7%, and the limit of quantitation for ZJ4042 in soil was 0.05 mg/kg. [Conclusions] The method was simple and reliable, conformed to the requirement of pesticide residue analysis, and could be suitable for detecting ZJ4042 residue in soil.
