摘 要:[目的]明确米尔贝霉素对朱砂叶螨(Tetranychus cinnabarinus)种群不同发育阶段的作用特点,为米尔贝霉素的合理应用提供科学依据。[方法]采用叶碟喷雾法测定了米尔贝霉素和阿维菌素对朱砂叶螨种群不同发育阶段的致死作用。[结果]在相同的温湿度条件下,朱砂叶螨不同发育阶段对2种药剂的敏感性不同。米尔贝霉素和阿维菌素对幼螨LC50值分别为0.0376、0.0237 mg/L,对雌成螨的LC50值分别为0.1860、0.1519 mg/L,在0.8 mg/L时对叶螨的产卵抑制率分别达82.56%和74.26%。[结论]2种药剂对幼螨和雌成螨的毒力高于卵,而米尔贝霉素对朱砂叶螨幼螨和雌成螨的毒力略低于阿维菌素,但米尔贝霉素杀螨速效性和对雌成螨产卵抑制作用较阿维菌素好(P<0.05)。[Aims] The objective is to verify action characteristics of milbemycin on carmine spider mite population of various development stages and to provide scientific basis for reasonable application of milbemycin. [Methods] Lethal effect of milbemycin and avermectin on carmine spider mite population of various development stages were tested by leaf disc spray. [Results] The results showed that the susceptibility of carmine spider mite of various development stages to milbemycin were different under the same temperature and humidity conditions. The toxicities of milbemycin and avermectin in LCs0 values for larva mites and female adult were 0.037 6, 0.186 0 and 0.0237, 0.1519 mg/L respectively, and the inhibilities of oviposition were 82.56 and 74.26% respectively at the concentration of 0.8 mg/L. [Conclusions] The toxicity of the milbemycin and avermectin to larva mites and female adult mites are higher than to eggs, and milbemycin is a little lower than avermectin, however milbemycin exhibites better inhibitive effect on oviposition of female adult mites than avermectin as well as quick-acting effect on adult mites.
